For structural anddecorative use, Unifilm(R) U802 from Scapa North America is anacrylic transfer adhesive used to attach architectural tensionmembranes to a wide array of metal frames. This product is alsoused for a variety of seaming and repairing applications in tensionmembrane buildings, tents and canopies.

Unifilm U802 laminates well to a variety of substrates includinglow surface energy plastics and untreated polyolefins. Thistransfer adhesive provides high initial adhesion and quickly buildsto a peel strength of 149 oz./inch. U802 withstands a range ofenvironmental extremes and offers excellent UV, humidity andtemperature resistance. The adhesive also provides superiorchemical resistance and long-term
aging properties.
