Filler accommodates containers up to 81 inches tall

New liquid filler designed for filling 5 to 500 gallon containersallows the filling lance to penetrate within 3 of the bottom of an81 tall IBC. It also has a retractable bellows for drawing awaytoxic fumes. The tall filler uses two hydraulic cylinders to raiseand lower the boom and lance carriage from drum height to IBCheight to within 1 clearance above the container. Standardconstruction material is all-welded structural steel. Componentsinclude an NTEP approved digital weight meter with easy-to-readdisplay and operator-prompting, a 10,000-pound capacity scale basewith 4 load cells, a microprocessor controller, and a 250 productmenu. Available options include powered conveyors; Kynar, PVC,Teflon, Hastelloy or heat-traced lances and valves; fume booths;lance flush adapters, bung and capping tools, sampling valves, andlance racks. The filler is also available in carbon or stainless steel.
