After the merger, the flagship company, Apollo International, willbe the sole logistics provider. Apollo International is engaged inthe manufacture and export of tyres, tubes and flaps. It alsoexports general commodities and products, gaming, logistics anddigitalisation of cinema theatres across the world.
It's six divisions are Tyre Tech Global (into tyre exports), UFOMoviez, Apollo Logi-Solutions, Lottus (online lottery),International Business Division (export of diverse commodities fromconstruction material to automotive parts), and Tag Fashion (intoleather).
It's logistics business helps in reducing congestion at ports andfacilitate the movement of import-export cargo in containers.
