Police allege that the department's police dogfound several small bags of suspected marijuana during a search ofDobies' vehicle after a traffic stop. Police said they also foundtwo packs of rolling papers and a plastic container with suspectedmarijuana inside. In all, police said they found 5.4 ounces ofmarijuana. Charges with Albert.

Police allege Clemons took keys to a rental car and wasfound with 10 stamp bags of heroin, suspected cocaine, pills and a$1 bill wrapped containing suspected cocaine. Charges with Albert.
