Pleasant,charged by North Huntingdon police with theft by deception,receiving stolen property and one misdemeanor bad check charge andone summary bad check charge. Police allege Dailey wrote a checkfor $3,000 and another for $15 from a closed PNC Bank account as adown payment on a vehicle at Hamilton Buick, Pontiac, GMC, Mazdaand Subaru. Charges with Weimer.

Police allege Miles wrotetwo checks totaling $4,692 for down payments on two all-terrainvehicles from Mosites Motorsports, but his bank account hadinsufficient funds. Charges with Weimer.

" Joseph Robert Taylor, 25, of Champion, by Greensburg police withaccess device fraud, theft and receiving stolen property. Policeallege Taylor took a credit card and used it to make $290.21 ingasoline purchases at various locations. Charges with Albert.
" Lee E. Dobies, 33, of 827 Dornin St., Apt. A10, by city policewith drug offenses. Police allege that the department's police dogfound several small bags of suspected marijuana during a search ofDobies' vehicle after a traffic stop. Police said they also foundtwo packs of rolling papers and a plastic container with suspectedmarijuana inside. In all, police said they found 5.4 ounces ofmarijuana. Charges with Albert.
" Wesley L. Clemons, 27, of 1250 Taylor Ave., New Kensington, byGreensburg police with possession of controlled substance andtheft. Police allege Clemons took keys to a rental car and wasfound with 10 stamp bags of heroin, suspected cocaine, pills and a$1 bill wrapped containing suspected cocaine. Charges with Albert.
