Laufen Inks Nearly $4.78M Industrial Lease

Laufen International, a manufacturer and distributor of ceramic sanitary ware and ceramic tiles, leased 119,077 square feet of industrial space at 18420 Harmon Ave. The tenant has 30 days early occupancy, and a $.67 triple net rental rate with 3-6% bumps every 30 months.

This is expansion space for Laufen International, which is leasing an adjacent 148,908-square-foot industrial building for its U.S. Ceramic Tiles division at 22010 S. Wilmington Ave. A common truck court separates these two buildings and Watson Land Co. will add a pass through fence to connect the Laufen yards.
