SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 07/04/08 -- Gatorz Inc.("Gatorz") ( TSXV:GTZ ) announced today it has signed an agreement with HCK Global Inc.("HCK") to act as a direct sales force throughout North America,for Gatorz sunglasses and accessories. Among the high profileclients that HCK's national sales reps call on include but are notlimited to: Dick's Sporting Goods, The Sports Authority, Cabella'sand Bass Pro Outlet. This agreement represents a significantmilestone in the strategy of Gatorz to develop and build a nationaloutsourced sales network for the U.S. market. One that has existingrelationships and complementary multi- product SKU's with massmarket, speciality, big box and independent retailers.
