This past week Broadway Kids Care and their parents went to see aSunday evening performance of JUMP.
Founded by Kelly Gonda , President of East of Doheny Productions, Broadway Kids Carebrings together the children from current and past Broadway shows,affording them the opportunity to perform community service and, inthe process, instill a strong philanthropic sensibility and fostera sense of community among the young actors and their families.
During its brief history, Broadway Kids Cares members haveparticipated in a variety of charitable works. They have hostedHalloween and Easter events where they assembled gifts for thechildren of Freedom House. Their gifts continue with thepresentation of the scarves from The Knitting Project and holidaystockings.

Each member of thehousehold, from the strict Grandfather to the pretty youngdaughter, enjoys nothing more than challenging the rest of thefamily to martial arts showdowns. When two burglars break into thehouse occupied by three generations of highly trained martialartists, the family turns their expertise on the unexpected guests.The hyperactive sitcom that ensues is the ideal forum for thistroupe to show off their extensive training in martial arts,acrobatics, gymnastics and comic acting.
