Tatsfield store hit by 56,000 boots theft

Some 350 pairs of high-value motorcycle boots, worth more than£56,000, have been stolen from a shop in Tatsfield.

Police said the incident happened in a motorcycle clothing andaccessories shop in Tatsfield Approach Road, overnight between7.30pm on Wednesday and 3am on Thursday.

Det Sgt Kevin Simpkins said: "I am appealing to members of themotorcycling community to come forward with the information we needin order to arrest those responsible for this offence.
