BFA appoints new chief executive in December

[2008-4-2]

Kottler will take up his position from tomorrow. He replaces Niall Campbell who stepped down from the position after 12 years in December.

Kottler is best known for founding Berkeley Search & Selection, the recruitment agency which specialises in footwear appointments, in 1994. He sold the business to its management team led by Paul Meechan last year and has since stood down from his position.

BFA chairman Phil Luckett said:  "Richard Kottler is known and well regarded by many of our members and he brings a wealth of experience  to what is both a challenging and exciting time for the BFA."
