D eveloper Dakota Partners has brought a stylish new condo complex toSomerville’s Teele Square, a once-workaday neighborhood nowpopular with young professionals seeking better prices than nearbyDavis Square offers.

Seven condos are still available in the 21-unit 1188 Broadwaycomplex.

Prices on the remaining units range from $480,000 for a two-bedroomto $579,000 for Unit 402, the two-bedroom duplex model unit that werecently checked out.

The complex’s other condos have already sold, generally to amix of empty-nesters and young, first-time buyers who work inBoston.
