Product: Playsafe Spinning Quad Merry-Go-Rounds, manufactured by Pacific Cycle of Madison, Wis.
Hazard: The inner bearing on the merry-go-round can fail, causing the seatassembly to suddenly drop to the ground. This poses a fall hazard.
Description: The Playsafe Spinning Quad Merry-Go-Round has four yellow plasticseats and black and silver metal bars.
Sold at: Toys R Us nationwide between January 2008 through March 2008 for$80 to $100.
What to do: Consumers should immediately take the merry-go-round away fromchildren and return it to Toys R Us for a full refund, or contactPacific Cycle to receive a free retrofit kit. Phone: 877-564-2261.Web site: pacific-cycle.com.
Product: Infant and Toddler Shortalls, manufactured by Sara Lynn Togs, of Atlanta
Hazard: The buttons on the shoulder straps can detach, posing a chokinghazard to young children.
Description: This recall involves Infant and Toddler Gingham and FlannelShortalls, which are overalls with short pant legs. They have acollegiate applique or embroidery on the front. Sizes in the recallare 6/9 months, 12 months, 18 months, 2T, 3T, & 4T.
Sold at: College bookstores, fan stores, children’s boutiques, andgift shops nationwide from March 2007 through February 2008. TheGingham Shortall sold for about $35, and the Flannel Shortall soldfor about $24.

Product: Bosch Hammer Drills, made by Bosch Tool Corp., of Mount Prospect, Ill.
Hazard: The drill can continue to operate after the trigger has beenreleased, posing a risk of injury to consumers.
Description: The recalled hammer drill is blue with "BOSCH" printed on theside. The model number 1191VSR can be located on the productnameplate mounted on the side of the motor. The product’spackaging will be marked as 1191VSRK (the "K" indicates that thehammer drill was packaged with a case in a kit). Only drills with aserial number that begins with "7" are in the recall.
Sold at: Hardware retailers and industrial distributors nationwide fromJuly 2007 through April 2008 for about $100.

Product: Camouflage Pajama Sets, manufactured by the Children’s Place Retail Stores Inc., ofSecaucus, N.J.
Hazard: The screen print on the shirt contains excess levels of lead.
Description: This recall involves long- and short-sleeved pajama sets. The setshave a blue shirt with a red screen print that reads "Athletics 90"and coordinating camouflage pants. The pajama sets were sold inboys sizes XXS (2/3) to XL (14).
Sold at: Children’s Place stores nationwide and childrensplace.comfrom December 2006 to January 2008 for $15 to $17.
