Munich - Office workers know that in high summer it can bedifficult to dress professionally and at the same time feelcomfortable in warm temperatures.

Although women have it easier than men, it's often impossible toachieve both when dressing for work.
'As harsh as it sounds, men of the world wear long sleeves under asuit or sports coat even when it's 32 degrees Celsius,' said GeorgStiels, a style consultant in Munich. 'Anything else is in factunfashionable.'
Lighter fabrics help stay cool. Linen, however, is tabu in theoffice even if it doesn't wrinkle so badly. Many textile makers areoffering especially light, but still business-like and wrinkleresistant fabrics, typically made of a combination of materials. Also, going without a tie is becoming more and more common.
Stiels said women have it easier. They can put on an airy and lightfloral skirt combined with a blazer and look and feel just fine inthe office. And a white blouse with trousers can create the perfectlook for a female manager.
There are a few points to remember: Never wear anything sleevelessand never wear anything with spaghetti straps. These rules are thesame for all office workers, no matter the industry.
Apart from that, both genders should ensure their body hair isunder control. No chest hair should show from a man's open shirtand women should shave their legs and armpits. And office workers,of course, should go to work smelling fresh.
