UPDATE: Baltimore Man Shot In Face In Hagerstown

HAGERSTOWN, MD - Hagerstown Police are searching for two armed suspects after a19-year-old Baltimore man was shot in the face early Thursdaymorning.

It happened around 2:30 a.m. behind 654 N. Prospect St.

Police say Akeem Hudgins, 19, of Baltimore is undergoing surgery atWashington County Hospital.

The motive for the shooting is unknown at this time. No arrestshave been made, according to a release from the Hagerstown PoliceDepartment.


Descriptions of suspects:

Suspect #1
- Black male
- approximately 5'9"
- wearing black short sleeve shirt, blue jean shorts, and whiteshoes

Suspect #2
- Black male (dark complexion)
- approximately 6' - 6'3"
- wearing red and black ball hat, black short sleeve shirt, darkblue jeans

Both suspects were armed with handguns.
