Man accused of looking up girl's skirt on floor of Tigard Sears

Last month, store security noticed 47-year-old Jose Sanchez-Morenoacting suspiciously in the presence of two teenage girls, saidTigard Police Spokesman Jim Wolf.
Security alerted police and provided video allegedly showingSanchez-Moreno on the floor of the store, looking up the skirt ofan unsuspecting 15-year-old girl as she looks at merchandise andtalks to her friend.
In the video, Sanchez-Moreno is seen leaving the area when a coupleof men approach, Wolf said.
Officers arrested the suspect outside the store on charges ofdisorderly conduct. He was lodged in the Washington County Jail.
Investigators believe there may be other victims.
