Former Caterer Adopted Business Peach Pub Company is to expand itsmanagement team ahead of the opening of its 10th site and firsthigh-street pub in Warwickshire.
Co-founders Hamish Stoddart and Lee Cash have embarked on a searchfor an operations director after the business's growth from sevento 10 sites in the past 12 months.
Peach will open the Almanac, its first new-build pub, in Kenilworthtown centre early next month. Jeremy Kynaston, former managingdirector of Peach's first pub, the Rose & Crown in Warwick,will be its managing partner. Next on the horizon is the first sitefor John Taylor, former general manager of the Punch tavern onLondon's Fleet Street, and his wife Liz Taylor, the former generalmanager of Asia de Cuba in London, who signed up to work with thepub operator in April.
Stoddart said: "The growth we've seen in the last year, and thefact that there's a lot more to come, mean we're looking tostrengthen our focus on our people and service, which is why we'veembarked on the search for an operations director."
