Country Fresh have invested in excess of £250,000 on new,in-house, vegetable preparation facility, which puts Country FreshFoods at the fore-front in the manufacture of quality PreparedFruits & Vegetables.
'Quality first', is optimised through a seamless operation, withcool chain guaranteed throughout the process. 'Quality in, Qualityout', is the key to shelf life, with factory processes and internalaudits which allow for a safe, quality finished product, toexacting specifications for the discerning caterer of today.
The company's Technical Director works closely with the productiondepartment to continually improve the life potential and quality ofproducts. All staff undergo a full training programme, includingBasic& Intermediate Food Hygiene. Country Fresh have a designatedHACCP team, which meets on a regular basis to assess each stage ofthe operation, as the company strive continuously to improve itsworking systems. The audit trail including metal detection, alignedto full Traceability from field to kitchen ensures that chef canhave full confidence in our company & products.
