Stuffed Chicken
with Spinach and Red Peppers.

BAG 1
Full (Half) Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
¼ () teaspoon salt
¼ () teaspoon pepper
BAG 2
1 (½) cup cream cheese
½ (¼) cup spinach
½ (¼) cup roasted red pepper strips
4 (2) teaspoons ranch dressing dry mix
1. In the bag with the chicken, add all ingredients for
BAG 1.
2. In a separate Ziploc bag, add all ingredients for
BAG 2.
3. Wrap, label and place in the Customer
Refrigerator.
If frozen, thaw in refridgerator at least 24 hours.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Stuff pre-cut chicken with a portion of the cream cheese andvegetable mixture.
Place stuffed chicken breasts into a baking dish, and cookuncovered for 25 to 35 minutes, or until juices run clear.
