Local supplier of pipe tools and machinery in plumbing, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration and environmental technology, Rothenberger Tools, introduces a testing pump for pipework systems and Steel Pick in plumbing and heating installations.

The RP50 testing pump is suit- able for quick and exact water compression testing as well as leak testing on pipework systems and containers in plumbing and heating installations.

The RP50 testing pump can also be used to test compressed air, steam, cooling, oil and sprinkler installations.

Rated to 60 bar, the RP50 is designed for single-operation filling and delivers quick and precise pressure read-outs. The epoxy-coated 12-ℓ steel tank is guaranteed against rust for five years, while the test hose is manufactured from steel reinforced material to reduce measure- ment errors.

The testing pump’s twin valve system ensures constant pressure levels and a reduction of leak-prone connections.
A distortionproof handle with an ergonomic rubber grip doubles as a carry handle, while the large, easy-to-read, fine-scale pressure gauge delivers read-out in bar, pounds for every square inch and megapascal.

Rothenberger’s RP50 testing pump is available in an electric version as the model RP-Pro.

Test pumps for smaller pipework systems and containers are also available in versions TP40, rated to 40 bar, and the RP30, rated to 30 bar. The pumps have a plastic tank, which is impact and corrosion resistant.
