Growers protest against inferior sunflower seeds

BADIN: The local growers took out a protest rally against sale of inferior quality seeds of sunflower in the district.

The rally was led by Nehal Khan, Ali Dad Mari, Ghulam Mustafa Samon and Hanif Umrani.

Addressing the rally, they alleged that seeds supply companies were trying to destroy the agricultural industry by selling poor quality seeds. They demanded of the government to cancel the license of such companies who were involved in selling poor quality agricultural inputs.
